1. Right to Cancel – 21-Day Cooling-Off Period

You may cancel your enrollment and request a full refund of any amounts paid (or cancel any future payment obligation) if you do so within 21 days of the date you first access the competency modules.

No questions asked during this period. Simply email contact@americanprofessionalschool.org with the subject line “Cancel Enrollment – [Your Full Name]”.

2. After the 21-Day Period

If you cancel after 21 days but before you have been approved to receive your credential, you will receive a 50% refund of any amounts paid.

Once American Professional School has approved you for the credential and issued the credentialing fee invoice, no refunds will be issued.

Provide the following information

• Your full name and email address used to enroll
• Approximate date of enrollment
• Reason for cancellation (optional)

We will respond within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days.

4. Exceptions (No Refund)

Refunds will not be granted if:

• You have already received your credentials and transcript.
• We determine, in our reasonable discretion, that you engaged in academic dishonesty.

5. Payment Plans

If you are on a monthly payment plan and cancel under this policy, future payments will stop and any overpayment will be refunded according to the rules above.
