Right to Cancel \u2013 21-Day Cooling-Off Period<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>You may cancel your enrollment and request a full refund of any amounts paid (or cancel any future payment obligation) if you do so within 21 days of the date you first access the competency modules.<\/p>\n<p>No questions asked during this period. Simply email contact@americanprofessionalschool.org with the subject line \u201cCancel Enrollment \u2013 [Your Full Name]\u201d.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2. After the 21-Day Period<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>If you cancel after 21 days but before you have been approved to receive your credential, you will receive a 50% refund of any amounts paid.<\/p>\n<p>Once American Professional School has approved you for the credential and issued the credentialing fee invoice, no refunds will be issued.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>3. Exceptions (No Refund)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Refunds will not be granted if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You have already received your credentials and transcript.<\/li>\n<li>We determine, in our reasonable discretion, that you engaged in academic dishonesty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>5.
